Ostrich steak with garlic and parsley
Ingredients:
150 g ostrich thigh meat or sliced fillet
½ teaspoon black pepper
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup ginger powder
½ cup parsley, chopped
2 cubes of garlic
3 tablespoon olive oil
Salt (required amount)
Method
Slice meat and finely chop between two sheets of bags to be thin.
Sauce preparation
Crush or finely chop garlic with parsley, then sprinkle with seasoning (ginger powder, black pepper, garlic powder), and olive oil. Mix completely.
Place the mixture in a flat dish. Then seal both sides of steak cuts in sauce. Cover the meat with plastic zip cover and keep in refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
