Samosa with Ostrich Meat
Ingredients
250g Chopped Ostrich meat
One and a half tablespoon pepper
Baking bread (required amount)
3 small garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large onion
4 layer of feta cheese
125 g butter
Method:
Sauté onion and garlic. Sprinkle seasoning over the heat. Then add meat, salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar and heat. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Now, add coriander and Feta cheese. Baste the bakery bread with the mixture. Put in the oven at 190˚C for 15-20 minutes.
