Fava beans rice with ostrich meat

Ingredients

4 cups rice

1 cup peeled fava bean

½ g dill

Chopped fresh garlic

2 cloves of garlic

Cuts of ostrich lean meat

1 onion

Turmeric

Cinnamon, salt, pepper

1 tsp. tomato sauce

Brewed saffron

 

Method

 Rinse the rice with lukewarm water. Add salt and enough amount of water. Mix fava beans with water in the pot. Boil water and fava beans over the heat. Beans should be undercooked. After about a quarter, add rice to water and beans. And boil till the rice is light and ready to rinse. Now drain rice and fava beans. Wash and dry the bottom of the pot. Pour oil in the pot and put (bread, lettuce, potato, beet, squash, or saffron). Then add one layer of rice and beans, and one layer of chopped garlic leaves. You can grate the garlic cloves either. Sprinkle cinnamon. Then repeat again, a layer rice and bean and a layer chopped garlic. Now grind saffron, pour in boiling water. Place it in a small container, on the rice. Do not take the pot lid. Turn down the flame. Serve After about 30-45 minutes. Place ostrich meat, onion, turmeric, seasoning, pepper, a slice of sweet pepper, a clove of garlic in a pot, combine with water, and cook to boil over a medium heat. Now turn the heat down to low, close the pot lid and cook meat thoroughly for 1/5-2 hours over medium heat. (Beef needs a longer period of 3-4 hours). Now cover meat with 1 spoonful tomato sauce, saffron, cinnamon, and salt.
